1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the KG36 online gaming platform, accessible at kg36.vu, and all related services, features, and content we make available to you ("Platform").
By accessing or using any part of the Platform — whether by browsing, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a promotion — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and KG36.
KG36 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Eligibility
To register and maintain a KG36 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from KG36 or affiliated platforms.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent in any capacity.
KG36 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and any funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable policy.
3 Account Registration
Each player is permitted to hold only one active KG36 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. KG36 uses a range of verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information required during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. KG36 will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
- Enable OTP (One-Time Password) verification for added account security.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Notify KG36 immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
KG36 may suspend or close any account at any time if we have reason to believe that the registration information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
4 Deposits & Payments
All transactions on KG36 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). We support deposits via Philippine local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, as well as online and mobile banking channels and bank transfers from participating Philippine financial institutions.
Deposits are credited to your KG36 account after successful payment confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method. KG36 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
- All deposit funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name.
- KG36 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of the transaction.
- Deposits must be used for gaming activity and are subject to KG36's anti-money laundering checks.
KG36 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of our compliance and verification procedures. Failure to provide requested documents may result in a hold on your account pending review.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your original deposit where possible. All withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso (₱). KG36 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe; however, actual receipt of funds depends on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule.
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or payment instruments belonging to the registered account holder.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day.
- KG36 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
- Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable — see Section 6.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that offer.
- Bonuses are only available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria at the time of the offer.
- Bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
- Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
- KG36 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may lead to account suspension.
7 Player Conduct
All players are expected to use the KG36 platform in a lawful, respectful, and fair manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker settings.
- Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any communications with KG36.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening KG36 staff or other players through any communication channel.
- Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the Platform.
KG36 monitors activity across the Platform to detect irregular patterns. Any account found to be in violation of these conduct rules may be suspended immediately. KG36 reserves the right to withhold funds and share information with relevant authorities where unlawful activity is suspected.
8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property
All content on the KG36 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, trademarks, and design elements — is the intellectual property of KG36 or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or use any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from KG36.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KG36 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds resulting from game outcomes, technical issues, or account actions taken under these Terms.
- Service interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
- Errors in game results caused by software faults that have been subsequently corrected.
KG36 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform operates without interruption and that game results are accurate. In the event of a technical error that materially affects the outcome of a game, KG36 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes at its sole discretion.
11 Account Termination
You may close your KG36 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
KG36 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account if:
- The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
- The account is linked to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity as outlined in these Terms.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- Continued operation of the account is deemed to pose a risk to other players, KG36 staff, or the integrity of the Platform.
In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, KG36 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the breach pending investigation. KG36's decision in such matters is final.
12 Changes to These Terms
KG36 may update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Where appropriate, we may also notify registered players via the contact details on their account.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the KG36 Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact us to close your account.
